Time to think positive 

The way you think can dramatically affect the way you live your life. Research into mindset has shown the way we think about ourselves and the world around us can impact on the success we have through life. This can start with how we learn, but has also been shown to impact on our resilience, how we manage stress and even the way our immune system functions.

If we can think positive and build a mindset of abundance, it can only be beneficial, but how do we know if we do naturally think positive?

To help identify if you have an abundance mindset or scarcity mindset, answer this question:

Question:

If you see somebody being successful or winning, does that automatically mean that you lose, or would you ever consider that everybody (in some way) could be a winner?

 

Here are some other examples to help identify your natural mindset, so you can begin to build awareness on where you might be on the spectrum between the two different points:

If you would like to make a change in your mindset and learn to think positive, focus on the examples within the abundance mindset list above.

Try not to feel envious about the things other people have, or only think about the things you don’t have. Instead, try to look for the positives in every situation, celebrate any achievements, and feel happy with who you are, what you have and the people around you.
