I am inspired by the future and what could be. People inspire me, I like sharing ideas and embrace opportunities to expose my mind to new ideas.

As coaches, we know better than anyone else that sharing knowledge accelerates development. In other words: sharing knowledge is multiplying knowledge!

How valuable it would be to bring together our collective knowledge of coaches, of what works in practice to inspire each other and learn from each other.

The idea is that this is a place for coaches, created by coaches.

Willem Royaards

We are part of an international network of coaching websites.

The products of My Coaching Toolkit are designed by senior coaches (MCC coaches, EMCC Master Practitioner, Dr Neuroscience, Supervisors and Mentor Coaches, etc).

The mission of “My Coaching Toolkit” is to provide coaches, trainers, consultants and HR professionals with high-quality, practical and diverse tools and materials that support them in carrying out their work effectively and provide inspiration. This includes offering a wide range of coaching materials, such as E-books, templates, kits, card games and training materials and education, to help professionals prepare and deliver professional training and coaching sessions.

In addition, “My Coaching Toolkit ” also aims to be a valuable resource center for people considering entering the coaching profession, supporting them in their personal development and guiding them in preparing and delivering their first coaching sessions.

Our aim:

To provide a toolbox with a wide range of resources, including models, techniques, exercises and tools, that coaches can use to address various situations and needs of clients.
Efficiency and time savings: A well-constructed toolbox can reduce a coach’s preparation time. Instead of reinventing the wheel each time, coaches can draw on existing resources developed and tested by experts in the field.
Support for personal development: A toolbox can also support coaches in their own professional development. By regularly adding new resources and learning how to apply them effectively, coaches continue to improve themselves and grow as professionals

My Coaching Toolkit is affiliated to the international parent company “Outils du Coach”, founded by coaches for coaches in 2014. The founders are Willem Royaards and Marie de Beaufort, both coaches.

Willem has been an Executive and Team coach for more than 20 years and an international leadership, management, organisational and team development consultant for companies in Europe. He has worked as HR Director, CEO. He supports companies to create value through human capital development. His personal philosophy “A single leaf working alone, provides no shade.”

Marie is an Executive and Team coach. For 16 years, she has held senior management positions in international marketing at leading IT companies. Based on her experience in implementing and leading multicultural marketing and transformation projects, she is convinced that investing in human capital is a prerequisite for sustainable and productive organisational development.

Wiene van Lynden has joined the team and is responsible for the Dutch market. With a background in pedagogy and specialises in remedial teaching and psychology. She started working as country manager of the Netherlands.

Today, our resources are available in more than 40 countries
