A flash coaching session

1 or 2 flash coaching sessions to meet an immediate need

Whether you’re just starting out as a coach or you’re more experienced, you may need to take a step back with a colleague in the course of your practice without resorting to supervision or long-term coaching. You need flash coaching for :

• Reflect out loud on your practice
• Develop your skills
• Have one or two practice sessions after a training course
• Exchange ideas after a difficult session
• Get feedback on a practice or session
• Question your business model…

My coaching includes :

• 1 or 2 50-minute sessions by telephone or video conference.
• Validation of your session objective

The benefits of flash coaching

• You don’t have to travel, sessions are held by video or telephone
• Clarification of your session objective
• Thanks to remote exchanges, you can (also) model remote coaching practices.
• A very competitive rate of £69 excluding VAT per session.

Supervision takes place over a set period of time and is punctuated by regular sessions, so that a process of awareness and maturation can take place.

• With dual experience in coaching (over 20 years) and in business management and consulting.
• Knowledge of several areas of coaching (business, career and life coaching)

Once you have paid, you will receive an email with suggested dates for the coach to call you and work out the details of your session(s).
