Added Values comes as a set of 52 large-format cards and a comprehensive 76 page instruction booklet. Use this card game to help your clients explore their values in a fun and creative way.

This card game can be used in a variety of different ways:

• As part of your opening (icebreaker) or welcome section at the start of a presentation or workshop session
• As a business change tool used for identifying, sharing and raising awareness of company values

• A fun and creative tool for individual or group coaching

Each of the 52 value cards is illustrated with a child’s drawing and accompanied by text that helps bring definition, inspiration or a question. This can help start the conversation with your client, so they are open to sharing and reflecting, looking inward or even playing.

How to use this card game:

You can play this game in a variety of different ways:

• Basic – If your client is feeling uninspired at the start of a coaching session, ask them to pick a card and use it to explore how they are feeling and what will motivate them throughout the session
• Dynamic – Use this game as a way to introduce yourself and talk about your values. Then ask your clients to pick a card that helps describe who they are and what their values are. This can help open up the conversation and establish shared values within a group or between you and your clients.
• Pedagogic – This game can be used in a corporate setting to raise awareness of company values ​​and is particularly helpful when coaching teams or for individual career coaching or personal development with executives.
• Serendipity – Select a card at random and rely on chance. Ask your client to talk about the value and share how it makes them feel.

The Adding Values card game consists of:

• 52 large format Added Values cards printed in full color. They are illustrated with a child’s drawing and accompanied by text that helps bring definition, inspiration or a question. The value cards are split into different themes and includes three joker cards.
• 76 page comprehensive booklet with full instructions on how to play the game with individuals or groups and a detailed definition of each value.
