Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC)

WHY CONSIDER  ACTC ?

Here’s why many experienced coaches are choosing to pursue ACTC.

They want to bring transformative change not just to individuals, but to entire teams. The Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) is more than just a credential it’s a mark of distinction that signifies mastery in the dynamic and nuanced art of team coaching.

Teams are more than just groups of individuals they are living, breathing entities with their own dynamics, challenges, and potential. Effective team coaching goes beyond fixing surface-level problems; it delves deep into the core of team collaboration, fostering trust, purpose, and resilience.

In today’s interconnected world, teams face unique challenges:

  • Navigating complex dynamics and interpersonal relationships.
  • Striving for unity while valuing individual strengths.
  • Aligning diverse perspectives to achieve shared goals.

Team coaches help bridge these gaps by creating safe spaces for teams to explore their potential, resolve conflicts, and unlock new possibilities.

The Future is Teams.

ICF’s 2023 Global Coaching Study shows that team coaching is among the fastest-growing disciplines in our field.

Organisations want coaches who can guide entire teams through change, conflict, and growth.

When you achieve the ACTC, you step into a world where your skills as a coach align with ICF’s rigorous global standards. This certification isn’t just a recognition of your expertise it’s a testament to your ability to guide teams toward cohesion, growth, and sustainable success. With the ACTC, you become an invaluable asset to organizations navigating the complexities of today’s fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Credibility and Recognition

ACTC sets you apart in a crowded market. Clients and organisations know you’re trained to handle the unique challenges of team dynamics.

Expanded Impact

As an ACTC, you don’t just transform individuals you influence cultures, results, and systems.

Deepened Mastery

ACTC doesn’t replace your existing credential; it builds on it. It’s about taking your coaching to the next level of sophistication.

The ACTC equips you with the advanced competencies required to elevate team performance and dynamics. As an ACTC-certified coach, you will:

  1. Transform Team Interactions: Distinguish team coaching from facilitation or training, and guide teams to engage in meaningful, growth-oriented conversations.
  2. Master Complex Dynamics: Navigate the intricate relationships, roles, and patterns unique to team environments.
  3. Align Goals and Purpose: Help teams develop a shared vision and purpose, fostering unity and alignment.
