I am inspired by the future and what could be. People inspire me, I like sharing ideas and embrace opportunities to expose my mind to new perspectives.

As coaches, we know better than anyone that sharing knowledge accelerates development. In other words: sharing knowledge is multiplying knowledge. How valuable it would be to bring together our collective experience as coaches—what works in practice—to inspire each other and learn from one another.

Our roots

MyCoachingToolkit is affiliated with the international parent company Outils du Coach, founded in 2014 by coaches for coaches. The founders are Willem Royaards and Marie de Beaufort.

The team

Willem Royaards

Willem has been an Executive and Team coach for more than 20 years and an international consultant in leadership, management, organisational and team development across Europe. He has worked as HR Director and CEO, and supports organisations to create value through human capital development.
Personal philosophy: “A single leaf working alone, provides no shade.”

Marie de Beaufort

Marie is an Executive and Team coach. For 16 years, she held senior management positions in international marketing at leading IT companies. Based on her experience leading multicultural transformation projects, she is convinced that investing in human capital is essential for sustainable organisational development.

Wiene van Lynden

Wiene has joined the team and is responsible for the Dutch market. She has a background in pedagogy and specialises in remedial teaching and psychology. She works as Country Manager for the Netherlands.
