Eligibility Requirements PCC

 

  • 125+ hours of coaching education-building the bedrock of your coaching practice.
  • 500+ hours of coaching experience-putting your learning into real-world practice.
  • 10 hours of Mentor Coaching- guiding you through the nuances of the coaching craft.
  • Performance Evaluation – ensuring that you can demonstrate your proficiency with real coaching moments.
  • ICF Credentialing Exam – the final step to solidify your dedication and readiness to serve as a professional coach.

Experience Requirements PCC

 

Our partner does not just hand you a credential – they support your evolution as a coach every step of the way. To become a PCC, you must already have a strong foundation of coaching experience:

  • 500 hours of coaching experience with at least 25 clients.
  • 50 of those hours must have occurred within the last 18 months, ensuring that your experience is up-to-date and relevant.
  • At least 450 of those hours must be paid, confirming that coaching is a central part of your professional practice.

 

Total program duration: 125 Hours (Fully ICF Aligned)

 

  • 70 hours synchronous (live online sessions)
  • 55 hours asynchronous

The asynchronous PCC hours include:

  • Structured coaching practice assignments
  • Peer coaching sessions
  • Recorded session submissions
  • Reflective journals
  • Reading assignments
  • Integration and mentor coaching preparation work

 

Mentoring (10 hours) is completed over 6 months.

This structure aligns with ICF Level 2 requirements, including documented coach-specific education hours.
