Coaching Cards

The Coaching Cards of Norman Bennet are a unique set of 54 cards with various images that can be used as metaphorical pictures representing different issues. They are perfect for use in coaching, training, and workshops.

In group work

These coaching cards are ideal for use during workshop openings as an ice breaker. They allow participants to get to know each other in a safe way, sharing their thoughts and stories through a selected card. This method of communication builds trust and a sense of safety within the group.

In individual work

With these coaching cards, we can work with the Client on a deeper level, expanding their thinking and helping them create creative solutions. The cards facilitate conversations on difficult topics, building goals in a safe manner. The images on the cards activate the right hemisphere of the brain, responsible for creativity, rhythm, space, imagination, dreams, and colors. This allows the Client to move beyond left-brain thinking associated with logic, hierarchy, organization, numbers, and analysis.

Benefits of using the coaching cards

This approach makes it easier for the Client to find answers and solutions to previously unsolvable problems. Metaphor cards help delve deeper into oneself and open up conversations about difficult issues in a safe and accessible way.
