Coaching Masterclass (MCC level)

 

Would you like to become a genuine ICF MCC coach and learn what it takes to be a masterful coach?

You aim at being the best coach you can be — you are an experienced coach and are on your way to attaining your MCC credential. Yet, there are almost NO courses available that focus exclusively on coaching mastery in one-on-one coaching. Our “Coaching Masterclass” gives you everything you need to become a masterful coach. One of the very few classes available on the market accredited at ICF Level 3 with a thorough program to achieve mastery designations with three accrediting bodies: ICF, EMCC (if you fulfill the requirements) and IASTI.

The course will give you all training and mentoring for MCC level: 75 hours coach training

 

Training based on “Solution Focused Coaching”

SF Coaching Masterclass is based on “Solution Focused Coaching” an easy to use and easy to apply, yet structured, professional and evidence based approach. However, we can build on any coaching approach that you have been using. We are interested in helping you be the best coach YOU can be — polish your own sparkle. You will grow as a coach and your customers will have the certainty that you are a professional (or masterful) coach since the course is fully accredited with the International Coaching Federation.

 

Level 3 – ICF MCC

It offers you all the training and mentoring hours needed four your MCC credential under the Level 3 track and is also accredited as ACTP.

 

Schedule : 2 hours/week during 29 weeks

The course runs for 29 weeks, 2 hours a week and is purely online, so very manageable. We start courses 2 times a year at different times of the day and days of the weeks, so there will surely be a course that fits your schedule.

 

What will you learn/experience?

 

Coaching Masterclass (ICF MCC)

 

Additional 75 training hours

For graduates of a minimum of 125 hour coach training classes this course offers the additional 75 training hours necessary for the application to gain the credential of Master Certified Coach.

 

Live online course

It is a highly practical, interactive and live online course (not a boring webinar) in which you will interact with people from all over the globe.

 

Mentoring Hours

The course includes 7 hours group mentoring and 3 hours individual mentoring (which you have to book with your mentor — they are not scheduled in advance).

 

Analyse of your coaching recording

For the part where we analyse participants’ coaching recording, each participant will have to supply a recording and a transcript of one of their coaching sessions at least once (preferably more often as this is where you receive the best feedback).

 

Self-study

There is also a requirement of 15 hours of self-study reading articles, watching coaching videos, producing your own coaching recordings, watching and reading transcripts of other participants’ coaching recordings over the period of the whole course
