How It Works:

1. Choose a goal: The Chief Executive or senior team selects one of the 12 goal cards that fits their strategic challenge, such as developing a business strategy or improving board performance.
2. Answer the questions: By turning over a question card, they can answer the question and reflect on their current situation, barriers, and the steps needed to move forward.
3. Work on the goal: The goal is to answer all the questions and then step by step develop a plan to help them work towards their strategic goal. Their answers can be noted to track progress and maintain focus.
