To help your clients succeed in sales and support them to develop one or many of their personal development goals, the questions have been clearly set out within the four themes. This virtual card game can be delivered by a professional coach or anybody supporting individuals: Consultants, Trainers, Human Resources (HR) and Talent Development, Team Leaders or Managers.

We suggest using this three step process for playing this virtual game:
1 / From the 12 goal cards, ask the individual to choose one personal development goal to work on. If the goal they want to work on is not there, you can write it on a separate piece of paper.
2 / Now ask them to tap on a Question card to turn it over and answer the question. Start with the 1st question or pick any card at random.
3 / The objective is for them to answer all of the questions and work on their chosen goal to find a solution. You can write their answers down if it helps them work on their chosen goal, so they can answer the questions at a pace that suits them.
1 / Choose a theme (Current situation, Desired situation, Ability and Options or Action plan)
2 / Tap on a Question card to turn it over (in order or randomly) and read each question out loud to help you memorize them
3 / The objective is for you to develop your open questioning technique and learn all 40 questions
