Contents of the Game

The game includes 52 cards, including:

• 40 question cards, divided into four themes:
  • Current situation – 9 cards
  • Desired situation – 8 cards
  • Skills and options – 15 cards
  • Action plan – 8 cards

Additionally, the game includes full instructions and a list of the 10 essential elements for career coaching.

How It Works:

1. Choose a goal: Ask the coachee to select one of the 12 goal cards that align with their career development goals, such as assessing their skills or organizing a 360-review.
2. Answer the questions: Have the coachee tap a question card and answer it to explore their current situation, skills, and options.
3. Work towards the goal: The aim is to answer all the questions and create an action plan to achieve their career goals. You can note their answers to help them stay focused on their progress.
