Contents of the game

The game consists of 52 cards, including:

• 12 goal cards: These help coachees choose specific life goals to focus on, such as building self-confidence or improving their health.
• 40 question cards, divided into four themes:
  • Current Situation – 9 cards
  • Desired Situation – 8 cards
  • Skills and Options – 15 cards
  • Action Plan – 8 cards

Additionally, the game includes full instructions for use and guidance throughout the process.

How Does It Work?

1. Choose a Life Goal: Ask the coachee to select one of the 12 goal cards that aligns with their personal goal, such as improving self-esteem or living healthier.
2. Answer the Questions: The coachee taps on a question card to flip it and answer the question. This helps them gain insight into their current situation, desired outcomes, and the steps needed to reach their goal.
3. Work Towards the Goal: The aim is to answer all the questions and create an action plan that helps them achieve their chosen life goal. Their answers can be noted to track progress.

Four Examples of Life Goals:

• Build self-esteem and confidence.

• Better cope with past experiences.
• Get fit and eat healthy.
