• 12 goal cards: These cards help teams and sponsors select a specific goal aligned with their change project.
• 40 question cards, divided into four themes:
  • Current situation – 9 cards
  • Desired situation – 8 cards
  • Skills and options – 15 cards
  • Action plan – 8 cards

The game also includes comprehensive instructions to ensure smooth coaching sessions and provide effective support during transformation and change.

How it Works:

1. Choose a goal: The team or sponsor selects one of the 12 goal cards that aligns with the change project.
2. Answer the questions: Tap on a question card and ask the questions to the team or sponsor. This helps clarify their current situation, desired outcomes, and the necessary skills and actions for success.
3. Work towards the goal: The team answers all the questions at their own pace and works step by step toward the chosen goal. Their answers can be noted to track progress.
