Process and Systems rely on People to perform. People performance is brain function!
In today’s fast-paced business environment, leaders often face the challenge of making critical decisions and leading change with confidence. A key obstacle many encounter, is the misalignment between their own beliefs, thoughts, and emotions and those of their teams. Left unchecked, this misalignment can stifle engagement, hinder productivity, and derail progress, without anyone realising the root cause.
This course empowers you as a coach to identify these subtle challenges and guide leaders through effective strategies to align their internal dynamics with the collective goals of their teams. By doing so, they will be able to navigate complex decision-making landscapes and lead change more seamlessly. Specifically, the course addresses common leadership struggles, such as establishing alignment to boost team engagement and reduce resistance to change.
As a coach, you understand the profound impact misaligned beliefs and emotions can have on a team’s morale, productivity, and connection. The BTFA Online Course will enable you to help your clients unlock the performance potential that comes with a deep understanding of belief systems, thought processes, and emotional responses, key drivers of a high-performance culture.

“The BTFA™ course provided a clear, simple model to enhance both my behaviour and communication style, and those of my coaching clients, for better collaboration. The biology content was accessible (even for someone who struggled with science in school), and the course’s structure and pace were ideal. I appreciated the blend of essential and optional reading, with extra resources for deeper learning. Both instructors were superb, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, with plenty of practical experience, all delivered in a fun, engaging way. It was a fantastic investment, and I highly recommend it!”

I have just finished the BTFA course and I am AMAZED to what I brought me. I have worked in the Automotive Industry for over 30 years and the industry is always implementing new processes and changes and most of them are not sustainable.
I knew, as HR, we had to involve people in a better way, but there was never time to do this and alsothere was not the understanding of how our brains really work so we never really got it right. BTFA are the final pieces to the puzzle of sustainable change management.
We all have different experiences, which create different beliefs, which create different thoughts and emotions to change. BTFA goes into the science behind this and helps us to understand what needs to be done to help people PROPERLY through the change process.
As David Bovis said “we like change but we don’t like to be changed” and that is the part we keep getting wrong, we do not listen and understand how the people feel to change. Companies say, “we are going to implement this and that and you are going to go along with it”. Some companies do include the people at source, they do look into resistance to change and try to “deal” with it, but most don’t and then they wonder what went wrong.
If you want to get it right, Leaders need to understand how the brain works, and they can do this through BTFA. The results are amazing!
I have started and will continue to integrate ‘The BTFA Way’ into my coaching and consulting – it’s the only way forward.

“Navigating the world can often be challenging, and especially so when this involves organisational transformation and helping people to change not only what they do but also how they think about what they do.
The BTFA Model makes neuroscience not only more understandable but, for the busy leader, it has created a heuristic that makes it accessible and usable on a daily basis.
I am fortunate to have been an early adopter of the BTFA model and to have deployed the concept across a global Aerospace company as an integral element of its Lean Operating Model. It was transformative in its impact on developing the human side of our change journey and I have subsequently made it central to the way that I think and work.
I genuinely could not go back to working without the BTFA model and not only recommend it but would urge you to learn and adopt the model as a matter of urgency.”

“Understanding how my brain works has been hugely influential in helping me realise why and how I respond to situations, but also why others might be responding in certain ways also. BTFA was clearly explained, I could work at my own pace, the instructors were so keen to help us deeply understand not just the theory but how it can be applied in practice. It’s been impactful in all parts of my life and from a work perspective it’s become an integral part of working with clients to help them navigate situations they’re dealing with.”
