Do I need a neuroscience background to take this training?
No. This programme is designed for coaches and professionals who are new to applied neuroscience. Complex concepts are explained in clear, practical language, with no scientific background required.
What is the PPMB™ Model?
The PPMB™ Model (Prediction – Preparation – Meaning – Behaviour) is a copyrighted and trademarked neuroscience-based framework that explains how the brain creates behaviour. How is the programme delivered?
The programme consists of five live virtual sessions of one hour each and includes worksheets, practical exercises, facilitator resources and coaching tools to support your learning between sessions.

Yes. This programme has been approved for 10 ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits, including 5 Core Competencies and 5 Resource Development credits.
