Contents of the game

The game consists of 52 cards, including:

• 12 goal cards: Help managers choose a specific professional goal, such as improving communication skills or leadership development.
• 40 question cards, divided into four themes:
  • Current Situation – 9 cards
  • Desired Situation – 8 cards
  • Skills and Options – 15 cards
  • Action Plan – 8 cards

Additionally, the game includes full instructions for using the cards and guiding the process.

How Does It Work?

1. Choose a Goal: Have the manager or a team member select one of the 12 goal cards that align with their professional objective, such as learning to delegate or improving communication.
2. Answer the Questions: The manager taps on a question card to flip it and answer the question. This helps them gain insights into their current situation, desired outcomes, and the skills needed.
3. Work Towards the Goal: The aim is to answer all the questions and develop an action plan that will help them achieve their chosen professional goal. Their answers can be noted to track progress.
