Use this practical online tool when coaching a team to help them achieve their strategic goals in a creative way. And then by asking the right questions, the game supports their self-development and an introspective review that helps them drive personal and group change. To help you support a team develop one or many of these strategic goals, the questions have been clearly set out within the four themes. How to use your virtual card game Coaching a Team:

We suggest using this three step process for playing the game when coaching a team:

1 / From the 12 goal cards, ask the team to choose a strategic goal to collectively work on. If the goal they want to work on is not there, you can write it on a separate piece of paper.

2 / Now tap on a Question card to turn it over and ask them to collectively answer the question. Start with the 1st question or pick any card at random.

3 / The objective is for them to answer all of the questions and work on the chosen strategic goal. You can write their answers down if it helps the team work on their chosen goal, so they can work through the questions at a pace that suits them.


This game will also help you as a Professional Coach practice your open questioning:

1 / Choose a theme (Current situation, Desired situation, Ability and Options or Action plan)

2 / Tap on a Question card to turn it over (in order or randomly) and read each question out loud to help you memorize them

3 / The objective is for you to develop your open questioning technique and learn all 40 questions
