Coaching Transformation and Change – 52 virtual cards for successful change management

Use this practical online tool when coaching transformation and change to help the Sponsor or delivery team achieve their goals in a creative way. And then by asking the right questions, the game supports their self-development and an introspective review that helps them drive personal and group change. This game is one of our exclusive resources designed to help when coaching a team, so you can grow your coaching business, develop your skills and succeed as a professional coach.

This virtual card game consists of:

  • 12 Illustrated Goal cards
40 Question Cards divided into 4 themes to help a team achieve its strategic goals:

    • Current situation – 9 cards
    • Desired situation – 8 cards
    • Ability and Options – 15 cards
    • Action plan – 8 cards

Plus… Full instructions on how to use the game and our list of the 10 essentials for coaching transformation and change.

To help you support a Sponsor or Delivery Team develop one or many of these goals, the questions have been clearly set out within the four themes. This virtual card game can be delivered by a professional coach or anybody supporting teams: Consultants, Trainers, Human Resources (HR) and Talent Development, Directors, Team Leaders or Managers.

Here are four of the goals included in this virtual game:

  • Define the overall change
  • Identify any risks or issues
  • Set out the key stages
  • Identify the sponsors of change

How to use this virtual card game:

We suggest using this three step process when playing this game with a Sponsor or Delivery Team:

1 / From the 12 goal cards, ask the sponsor or the team to choose a goal to work on. If the goal they want to work on is not there, you can write it on a separate piece of paper.

2 / Now tap on a Question card to turn it over and ask them to answer the question. Start with the 1st question or pick any card at random.

3 / The objective is for them to answer all of the questions and work on the chosen goal. You can write their answers down if it helps the team work on their chosen goal, so they can work through the questions at a pace that suits them.

This game will also help you as a Professional Coach practice your open questioning:

1 / Choose a theme (Current situation, Desired situation, Ability and Options or Action plan)

2 / Tap on a Question card to turn it over (in order or randomly) and read each question out loud to help you memorize them

3 / The objective is for you to develop your open questioning technique and learn all 40 questions
