Are you looking for an individual coaching approach that allows you to dive into the deep level of knowledge with clients? Do you want to lead reflection processes that make the essential visible and bring about a genuine personality maturation?
In the Symbolon-Profile-Training you will learn to use the Symbolon-Profiles individually, making individual needs, life principles and values visible. With artworks, their symbolism and archetypes you playfully and directly lead into deep reflection processes.
1.) E-Learning in Self-Study
(16 hours of content accessible over 12 months)
The 14 e-learning modules of the Symbolon Reflection Training guide you into professional coaching with artworks. You will receive comprehensive materials to enhance your reflective abilities. This includes videos, interactive exercises, practical applications, detailed coaching guides, handouts, and live coaching case studies.
The content is available online for 12 months. This flexible approach allows you to learn at your own pace. You experience and deepen the Symbolon Method® and reflection techniques both theoretically and practically.
2.) E-Training for One-to-One Coaching with Peer-to-Peer
Coaching Sessions
(Select 6 sessions / or more, approximately 15 online sessions available per year)
In the e-training sessions, you will apply the newly acquired knowledge with other coaches and expand your coaching skills. The online sessions include intensive reflection processes with artworks; the development and enhancement of your coaching competencies, peer-to-peer coaching, and feedback based on ICF core competencies. Peer-to-peer coaching sessions take place approximately every two weeks and are scheduled with participants via Doodle. Each session lasts about 90 minutes. There are no sessions during summer vacations and the Christmas and New Year holidays. To complete the reflection training, you need only 6 e-training sessions.
3.) AI-Supported Symbolon Self-Coaching and E-Training with
Peer-to-Peer Blended Coaching Sessions
(Select 2 sessions / or more, approximately 6 online sessions available per year)
You will personally experience AI-supported Symbolon self-coaching with preparatory and follow-up work. You will deepen this coaching in Peer-to-Peer Coaching Sessions. During these sessions, you will learn to apply the powerful combination of AI and images in coaching. This allows you to see how digital tools can create AHA moments with images 24/7.
Additionally you will be at the forefront of digital coaching market development. Position yourself as a one-to-one coach with AI tools and leveraging scaling effects.
To complete the reflection training, you need only two E-Training sessions.
Ongoing training that allows you to join and leave flexibly at your own pace with e-learning (16 hrs) and e-training sessions (9 hrs)
Personalised AI-supported self-coaching & e-training for an innovative blended coaching offering (5 hrs)
The e-learning can be started at any time. As soon as you are registered, access to the online academy will be released to you. In addition, you will receive a link to a Sharepoint folder where you can find all the documents for the e-learning.
