- Knowledge
- Fundamental concepts, models and tools in the field of interculturality.
- Use these models to broad the understanding of another culture and cultural aspects in relation with others.

- Increase cultural self-awareness, personal identity, and how we are perceived by others.
- Attitude in intercultural competence.
- Explore the cognitive and emotional blind spots that create barriers in our intercultural relationships.

- Understand how to analyse cultural differences.
- Recognise our own cultural preferences through models of cultural dimensions.
- Understand how these dimensions would appear in a coaching relationship or in the coachee’s cultural challenges.

Registration procedures and deadlines
The course lasts 16 hours and is online: four 4-hour modules. Intermodules: Joint and individual peer practice exercises.
We launch courses twice a year at different times and days of the week, so there is bound to be a course that fits your schedule.
Dates for 2024: 9, 16, 23 and 30 September ; 13:00 – 17:00 CET

Registrations are open until 1 week before the session, subject to availability. The course will begin with a minimum of 4 participants. If this number is not reached, you will receive a full refund, and we will offer you a new date for the course.
