DIGITAL DETOX Kit

DIGITAL DETOX: Cultivating a more conscious, serene, and balanced relationship with digital technologies

A ready-to-use tool to support teenagers, adults, parents, managers, and teams

This kit was designed to enable coaches to guide their clients in analyzing, adjusting, and transforming their relationship with digital technologies.

In a context of constant hyper-connectivity (screens, notifications, incessant demands), this kit offers a structured, progressive, and supportive approach focused on awareness, freedom of choice, and lasting digital well-being.

It’s not about “eliminating screens,” but about regaining control of one’s attention, time, and energy by integrating digital technologies as a tool to serve personal, academic, or professional life.

Kit “Digital Detox”: content

DOCUMENT 1 – Coach’s Guide (29 pages)

Intervention framework and coaching approach

This document is intended exclusively for coaches. It offers a comprehensive support framework, adaptable to different audiences and contexts.

This document includes:

  • The foundations of digital well-being
  • The coach’s specific approach (supportive, non-directive, and focused on autonomy)
  • A progression in 4 main steps:

  1. Becoming aware of one’s relationship with digital technologies
  2. Understanding the mechanisms (attention, emotions, habits)
  3. Implementing a plan for gradual disconnection
  4. Establishing new habits and experiencing digital technologies differently

For each step:

  • Clear objectives
