DISC shows how people behave. Driving Forces shows what drives them. In this certification you learn to read both in one profile and to explain what you see in plain language, so your client recognises themselves instead of feeling labelled.
About a third of the programme is practice conversations with feedback. You finish with a live profile conversation, so you know you can do it.
Description :
DISC & Driving Forces Certification
Behaviour is visible. Motivation is not. Learn to connect the two.
Fully online · 4 weekly sessions · Small groups · From January 2027
The report is in front of you: four colours, a few graphs, a client waiting. You sense there is more in the profile than you can bring out.
Or a team that keeps clashing, and nobody can say why. Or a coachee who looks calm on paper but restless in the room. The profile is right. Knowing how to use it is what this certification gives you.
For organisations: managers who adapt to the person in front of them, and teams that use differences as a strength.
Four online sessions over four weeks, each starting at 8:00 GMT. Once you register, your calendar invitations and DISC assessment link arrive automatically.

“What I appreciated most was the balance between theory and practice. I left the training not only with a deeper understanding of DISC and Driving Forces, but also with the confidence to use both tools effectively in my coaching sessions.” Anna, PCC coach
“The peer coaching session was a gift. I understood my own profile and led my first debrief in the same two hours.” Emma MCC coach
“Seeing DISC and Driving Forces together finally explained why two people with the same style lead so differently.” Leo, internal coach
“Before the training, I was familiar with DISC but less confident in interpreting the interaction between behavioural styles and motivators. The certification gave me a much more structured and professional approach.” William, L&D manager
“A well-structured and engaging certification. Complex concepts were explained clearly, with plenty of opportunities to practise interpreting profiles and delivering meaningful feedback.” Gerdi, facilitator and coach.

Do I need coaching experience?
No. Your own DISC assessment and a short reader are all you need to start.
How much time does it take?
12 hours online over four weeks, plus about 3 hours of preparation: 1 hour before Part 1, 30 minutes between the parts and 1.5 hours before certification.
How does the certification work?
An online knowledge check, a one-page analysis of a facilitator’s profile and a live profile conversation of about 12 minutes with feedback, assessed against clear quality criteria. Your certificate arrives by email within a day.
What if I miss a session?
Sessions are not recorded as standard. In exceptional cases, and only with the consent of all participants, we record a session so you can catch up. However, Session 2 (self-led) and Session 4 (live certification) cannot be recorded.
Does it count for ICF CCE credits?
Yes. The programme is eligible for 5.25 Core Competencies and 12.5 Resource Development CCE credits.
Which language?
English.
German and Dutch are available on request.
What if my cohort does not fill?
Each cohort runs with at least 6 participants. If a cohort does not reach that number, your place automatically moves to the next cohort. We will reach out to you personally first.
Can my company book its own cohort?
Yes, with the same content and certification standard, adapted to your context.
A profile opens the conversation. What you do with it makes the difference.
