In a world where young people are often caught between others’ expectations and the search for their own path, My personal motto helps them put words to what makes them unique and what truly motivates them.
Designed for ages 12 to 25, this playful and symbolic card game invites them to explore their values, strengths, and deeper aspirations, leading them to articulate a personal sentence that becomes a daily anchor and compass.
Whether used in one-to-one sessions or group workshops, the game creates a caring space where young people discover that they already have the resources to understand themselves, find motivation, and choose their direction.
Easy to use, colourful, and engaging, it turns reflection into a vivid, participatory experience.

Game contents / components

The game includes 48 cards divided into 4 complementary categories that create a progressive pathway toward formulating a personal motto.

Each category corresponds to a key energy in the exploration process :

• « Inspiration cards »
  Short positive quotes or inspiring sentences that spark reflection and open dialogue.
  They stimulate imagination and a sense of possibility.
  Example : « Dream big, start small, act now. »
• « Question cards »
  Simple, open and supportive questions that encourage young people to reflect on what they enjoy, what motivates them, or what they want to contribute around them.
  Example : « What gives you energy and momentum ? »
• « Completion cards »
  Sentences to complete freely, encouraging authentic expression and self-awareness.
  Example : » I’ve realized that I am capable of… »
• « Formulation cards »
  Prompts that guide the creation of a short and inspiring personal motto.
  Example : « I am becoming the person who… »

These cards help synthesize the process and lead to the creation of a meaningful guiding sentence.
