We’ve teamed up with the Institute of Applied and Organisational
Neuroscience to create a unique programme for practitioners and
coaches. We’ll help you understand the science that underpins change
facilitation, and prepare you for the internationally recognised
Associate Neuroplastician credential, entitling you to display the
letters a.NPN after your name.
This 3 month programme helps coaches, trainers, L&D professionals, and
change facilitators translate their proven methods into neuroscience
language – giving you the credibility, vocabulary, and formal
recognition to work confidently with skeptical, data-driven clients.
This isn’t about learning a completely new methodology. Think of it as
redecorating your house, not rebuilding it. We’re giving you the
neuroscience translation of what you already do, so you can
confidently convey the validity of your work to clients who need data,
evidence, and scientific backing.
You don’t need a scientific background to participate – just
curiosity, a commitment to active learning, and existing practice
experience to build upon.
Description :
You already know how to create change. Your methods work – you’ve seen the results. But when clients ask “why does this work?” or when you’re facing procurement teams who want evidence, you need more than “trust the process.”This isn’t about learning a completely new methodology. Think of it as redecorating your house, not rebuilding it. We’re giving you the neuroscience translation of what you already do, so you can confidently convey the validity of your work to clients who need data, evidence, and scientific backing.
This programme helps you add simple, credible scientific explanations to your coaching, training or change-facilitation practices.
👉Â No prior knowledge of neuroscience is required.
You simply need an existing practice and the desire to better understand and articulate its impact.
Ideal for coaches, trainers and HR professionals who want to combine practice, meaning and science.
This is not a passive learning experience. You’ll engage as a ‘pracademic’ – bridging practice and inquiry through active experimentation between sessions.
In short: how to connect your practice to five core pillars of applied neuroscience.
Neuroplasticity: Understand how the brain learns and changes and how your interventions actively support this process.
The body-brain connection: Why experiential, emotional and holistic approaches truly work.
Neurotransmitters: What influences motivation, trust, stress and engagement in your clients.
Emotions: How emotions act as valuable signals for change rather than obstacles.
Format: 6 Live virtual sessions combining research, real-world experimentation, peer learning and reflection
Duration:Â 6 sessions over 12 weeks
Between-session activities
