About the Author

 

Karolien Koolhof (MA/MBA) started her career in journalism, where she learned a lot about diverse ways of communication and gained extensive people skills. She also worked on personal development, including pursuing an MBA at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership. Additionally, she sought coaching to ultimately venture into entrepreneurship and became certified as a coach.

Since late 2019, she has been running her own company under the name Quiet Quality. Currently, Karolien works as a coach and trainer in the field of introversion. Understanding human nature and embracing neurodiversity are her key focuses. This was the reason why she eventually chose the coaching profession.

From a young age, she also dreamt of becoming a writer. Thirty years later, that dream came true with a book on introverted leadership.

Karolien coaches introverts one-on-one to better navigate their unique challenges. This coaching is beneficial for both introverted leaders and introverts aspiring to leadership roles. She primarily looks at individuals’ qualities. Clients appreciate the depth of her sessions and her expertise. Karolien identifies herself as an introvert.
