Cohort 1 has started, cohort 2 is now open

Discover neuroscience in your practice with a recognised credential

You don’t need to be a neuroscientist to apply neuroscience well.

Many coaches, mentors, facilitators, and L&D professionals aren’t looking for even more complex theory. They’re looking for a clearer way to understand why people respond the way they do, why change sometimes sticks and sometimes doesn’t, and how to work with that in real conversations.

On 3 March, cohort 1 of Discover the Neuroscience at the Heart of Your Practice started. As interest remains strong, the dates for cohort 2 are now open.

A practical program for real conversations

This program is designed for professionals who want to translate neuroscience into what actually happens in sessions. It’s not about replacing your approach, but strengthening it.

You connect what you already do well with insights from applied neuroscience. That often gives you better language for what you observe, more precision in your interventions, and more confidence in the process.

What you’ll explore

Across six live online sessions, with space in between to reflect and apply what you learn, you’ll explore how to:

  • better understand behaviour change
  • recognise where change processes get stuck
  • integrate neuroscience insights naturally into coaching, facilitation, and development work
  • strengthen your practice with evidence-informed knowledge

Cohort 2 is now open

All sessions take place at 18:00 (CEST):

  • 15th April
  • 29th April
  • 13th May
  • 27th May
  • 10th June
  • 24th June

Who is this for?

This program is relevant for professionals in coaching, mentoring, learning & development, and change facilitation.
